Hair readiness
For either frontal ponytail service, arrive with natural hair relaxed or blown out, with no oils or product. Always check the selected service detail before travelling.
Timing and policies
Appointment policy: A 50% deposit secures every appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period; after 15 minutes the appointment is cancelled. The Lagos Hairline Frontal Ponytail deposit is non-refundable because the HD frontal is purchased and customised for you. For other missed appointments, 20% of the total deposit is refunded. Booking is by appointment only: no walk-ins and no guests or extra people.
Studio hours: Monday–Friday 10:00–19:00; Saturday 10:00–16:00; Sunday closed.
